Current official account and privacy information describes email, supported phone numbers, passwords after they are configured and optional third-party authentication methods such as Google. The choices shown can differ by product, device and region.
Web, Mobile and Desktop
- Web: use Kimi.com.
- Mobile: use the official iOS or Android app.
- Kimi Work: use the official desktop application and the supported account flow.
- Kimi Code: follow the authentication instructions in the current Kimi Code documentation.
- Open Platform: log in separately at platform.kimi.ai for API keys, billing and developer settings.
Common Login Problems
Verification code not received
Check the address, number and country code; wait several minutes; check filtered messages; then request another code. VoIP numbers and landlines are not currently supported.
Wrong account or missing chats
Compare the email, phone number or third-party sign-in method with the account used on another device or during purchase. Signing in by a different method can create or open another account.
Membership not showing
Confirm that the purchase and login use the same account. Sign out and sign in again, then check Settings → Subscription. Use official membership support if the payment completed but benefits remain missing.
Account suspended
Use the official Kimi appeal route. Kimi-AI.free cannot review or reverse a suspension.
Security Checks
- Confirm the domain before entering credentials.
- Do not use a login link sent by an unverified support account.
- Never send a verification code by email or chat to an independent website.
- Do not paste an API key into the consumer login page.
- Sign out of shared devices.
