How to Create a Kimi Account

  1. Open the official Kimi website or official mobile app.
  2. Select Login, Sign up or the equivalent account option shown for your region.
  3. Choose an available sign-in method. Current official privacy information describes email, supported phone numbers and optional third-party authentication such as Google, but the methods shown can vary by location and product.
  4. Enter the requested address or number on the official page.
  5. Enter the verification code after confirming that the message came from the expected service.
  6. Review the current Kimi Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  7. Complete any profile or security settings you choose to use.

Account Requirements and Availability

  • Supported email addresses and phone regions can change.
  • VoIP numbers and landlines are not currently supported for phone verification.
  • The current international Kimi Privacy Policy states that the services are not intended for children under 13.
  • Additional parental consent or age requirements may apply under local law.
  • Kimi consumer accounts, Kimi Code benefits and Kimi Open Platform developer accounts can have separate settings, balances and rules.

Not Receiving the Verification Code?

  1. Check the spelling of the email address or phone number.
  2. Confirm the country code.
  3. Wait a few minutes before requesting another code.
  4. After approximately five minutes, use the official resend option.
  5. Check spam, junk and filtered messages.
  6. Avoid requesting many codes in rapid succession.
  7. If the address or region is unsupported, use another official sign-in method where available.

For persistent account problems, use the official Kimi Support page. Do not send a verification code to Kimi-AI.free.

Protect Your New Account

  • Use only links reached from official Kimi or Moonshot AI pages.
  • Do not reuse an important password.
  • Do not share verification codes or account recovery information.
  • Review connected sign-in methods and account security settings.
  • Be cautious with browser extensions or third-party apps that request access to your Kimi session.
  • Do not enter a Kimi API key into a consumer login form.
